Frequently asked questions

 

 

  • How do I book a class?

 

- By clicking on the BUTTON PAYPAL (situated under each menu below) and choosing the number of participant. Once the payment received, you will receive an email from us asking for a date and time you wish to participate to the class or you can directly email us after your payment to give us these details. 

- By clicking on the button "CONTACT US" and fill out the form. This will confirm a PRE BOOKING only.

We will send you a Paypal request with the amount to pay to confirm your space. 

  • What time are the classes?

 

Everyday at 11.30am, 4pm or 8pm. 

  • How many persons can join the class?

 

10 persons maximum.

  • I am staying in Gili Trawangan or Meno, how can I join?

 

It is actually very easy to participate to the 11.30am class and it is a good way to visit and enjoy an other island at the same time.

 

You just need to catch the public boat at 9.30am leaving from Trawangan (in the harbour close to Manta Dive). The price is Rp.40,000/pers/way. It takes 30mn by boat. And 9.45am leaving from Gili Meno. The price is Rp.35,000/pers. and it takes 15mn.

Once you arrive in Gili Air, you will find us right at the harbour, so no transport is needed.

The public boat leaves Gili Air at 3pm, then goes to Meno and then Trawangan. We have as well a public speed boat which leaves Gili Air at 4.30pm, so it gives you more time on Air. The price is Rp.85,000/pers.

  • Will I cook alone? 

 

If you book for one person, you may cook alone or with one other guest depending on the number of participants. The cooking station are for 2 persons. 

  • I am a vegetarian, can I join?

 

Of course, we adapt our menus with Tempeh and Tofu instead of chicken. Same for vegans, we will accept our menu for you.

 

  • Are children welcome? 

 

Yes, we had many families over the years. The minimum recommended age will be 6 years old. 

  • What are the modification and cancellation policies?

 

Modification:

- You can change your date or time 48 hours before the class.

Cancellation:

- Less than 24 hours before the class, the deposit is non-refundable.

- Less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours before the class, we will refund 50% of your deposit.

- More than 48h, we will refund 100% of your payment.
